I would value the the frame, fork and headset at $1300-1500, so for $350 you are getting the rest of the stuff at a pretty fair price. The chainstays are aluminum not carbon, but you've got a rear shock... and how much Carbon do you want on your (choose one):
1) twitchy trail bike / 2) race-ready XC bike?

Good point. My wife was interested in the XS size but it this it just an average deal, we won't spring for it. It seems chainlove has this come up several times a day. If they can't unload them, I wonder.
