When i called them about the demise of the steerer tube on my DJ1, I had to tell them what I thought caused it to bend. I was like "It's a dirt jumper, I was jumping on it." I begged and pleaded for them to let me buy a new steerer but they wouldn't hear of it. I kept telling them it was my fault the steerer bent, that I really tried to bend it. But noooooo, they were like, "Just send it in and we'll get that taken care of right away." He then took my info and gave me a RA# just like that. Can you believe the nerve of some people.......

WCH will be there, up to his old poaching antics again.... He has tamed a wild photographer, and will be bringing said wild photographer to Shivers territory. if Shiver comes to inspect what is taking place, Shiver could bring others.... My Wild Photographer wants to also bring his trusty sidekick VideoCameraMan and have a battle to the death......

last time i did that, they tried to offer me all kinds of free stickers to boot. they wouldn't even let me pay for them...... asshats.....
