Congratulations to everyone who collected all five cards and to all of you who made it out. It was an amazing day, and pretty damn cool to see 150+ plus mountain bikers make their way through the city.

*On a slightly more serious note, we have some good trails in SF and if we want to keep riding them we have to respect everyone we encounter, young people, old people, and all those small white fuzzy dogs.

*Treat all those you encounter like horses.

*If you’ve got a group or know of groups that are making positive moves for mountain biking, please share. Lets all get involved.

*If anyone has any photos, send them my way. [email protected], High res if possible.

*A special thanks to all those at Soil Saloon, WTB, Speak Easy, SF Dirt Labs and all of our volunteers.

Finally, a quote from a rider, "sf flow, Its rides like this that give me an idea of what it must have been like to ride repack with a group of friends twenty years ago".

Fine regards.

Right on.

Last I checked (one month ago or so), there's been construction work on Mt. Davidson with some trails fenced off. Not sure if it's still like that, but FYI as it might affect the flow.

Sounds awesome. I'd like to come out and give it a go. Especially with a start time of noon. Makes it easy for us south bay folk. Any takers?

Brand new EPIC dirt race/adventure in the city of San Francisco on November 16th. SF_Flow has managed to lace together seven parks with completely legal trails that vary in likeness from Skeggs, Tamarancho and China Camp. 35 miles with approximately 5,500 vertical feet of climbing is going to make for a memorable day indeed -and with sweeping views of the city… Epic? Yes.

Here is a link where you can find the map.

It is still under construction, but won't affect the course. My concern is that Medical Center way is closed for construction over by UCSF/Mt Sutro. Although, I haven't ridden through it to check if you can make it on a bike.

If it is closed, there are stairs to the upper parking lot that are probably accessible....hike a bike! !

Yeah medical centre way closed for months, they are building a new building behind UCSF...but as you say the stairs to the upper car-park will by-pass it

Medical Center Stairs

Thanks for the heads up on that.

I'll get the map changed to include the stairs.

Thanks.

pre-ride is sunday @ 11am...

click on map and download to blow it up to full size. it's much easier to see all detail that way.
