I am trying to set up the shock on my RFX. Granted it's not easy when all I can do right now is ride laps around the furnace in the basement (although I am thinking of setting up some indoor skinnies ...). My basic question is what does the air pressure in the boost chamber do? What's the difference between cranking up the air pressure and increasing the clicks of propedal?
Any tips on starter settings for a 160lbs rider? I currently have a 500lbs/in spring, but I am going to replace it with a 550lbs/in soon.
