setting up new Saint brakes

howdy - can anybody point me to a decent link for setting up new Saint hydro brakes? something like a 'how to bleed brakes for dummies' style would be nice...

ps - I wrenched for a few years, but it was before the age of hydro brakes ... yup, I'm an old fart =)
