through it's travel. I actually am a fan of the septune shock or at least I was until mine broke. I was riding yesterday and noticed things didn't feel quite right and I seemed to be hitting all the rocks with my pedals. I thought maybe the shock was low on air so I checked it. I have the air chamber set at my body weight plus 10 lbs. The shock had the correct air pressure but lacked preload. I noticed that by just sitting on the seat that the sag was over half of the shock stroke. I stopped at the bike shop and they called Fox. Fox thinks it is a problem with a seal on an internal nitrogen chamber and want the shock returned to them. I guess I am back to my hard tail for a week or two until I get the shock back.
