Shipped quick enough.
Packaging was pretty sketchy. They just shoved it into a plastic bag and then a plastic envelope. It appeared to have been handled roughly in transit. Both layers of plastic were cut all the way through in a place where the saddle's leather cover was exposed, but there wasn't a mark on it. Also, the plastic "saddle holder" display piece was cracked, but again, no damage to the saddle. Better packaging would have improved the odds. I feel that we were very fortunate that the saddle itself was not damaged.
