Has anyone here sefl-serviced theeir Specialized Command Post? Mine has started to show a small amount of up and down movement without the lever being actuated. I'm thnking that the post may just need a strip and clean, but i can't find any instructions on how to do this and don't want to start taking the post apart without guidance.
