Finally got this figured out! Anyway, this event is a memorial ride for Baltimore County Officer Amy Caprio. Amy was killed in the line of duty last year. There are 3 different events, you pick one to participate in- a trail ride, a street ride, or a 5k. All of the money raised is going to a scholarship fund in her name at Towson State university.
