Seat Post Mast

Hi All
I’m building a road bike which will have an integrated seat post OD 28.6mm. I’m planning on using a seat post mast, but am struggling to find one for this ST diameter. Most seem to be for 34.9mm. Does anyone know of any 28.6mm mast options?

Probably have to make one, i havent seen any with that dia. Out of curiosity what are you using for a seat tube? I built an isp frame a bit ago and am planning another soon, just considering my options atm.
