I am looking to convert an old road frame to track drop outs, can anyone recommend a style and/or source? Also looking to install canti style bosses on the seatstays but am unsure which offset to go with. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

henryjames.com has a nice dropout set with longer tabs specifically made for conversions.
Offset? Get the bosses that will get you as close to 8cm apart as you can get. Which boss that is depends on your seatstay spacing. You can get away with as narrow as 6cm if you use a shimano canti, but most v-brakes don't function well,or at all, that close together.
