Are these strong?

My Bontragers that came with my Rig are flopping all over the place and the tension is super inconsistent around the wheel. Will these Sun rims hold up alright to a 220 lb ride who likes to ride over rocks and do jumps up to 3 ft. or so?

I figure some new wheels are in the cards for me, but I figured I couldn't afford decent ones yet.
