Does anyone have one of these bags? Thinking of switching to it from an Evoc for ease of packing.

We bought 2 for a trip recently wouldn't recommend anyone with a 29" MTB get one. The bikes and bags were both damaged on first use. Both bikes came off the brackets in the bags, which I think is a design fault. Website we bought bike bag from said it was fault of airline which we disagreed with. Very disappointing bike bag.

Interesting. Can you explain how you think the bikes came off the frame? They're bolted on with the through axles so I'm not sure how that would be possible. What kind of damage happened to the bikes?
