Oh man! I went out for a nice little dirt jaunt this a.m. and poured sweat for like two hours straight. Gross. But what a nice break from a summer of road miles. :-/

It was a nice break today from the heat. Did a quick 9:30 to 11:00 ride and it was quite nice. The breeze started to move at the end which helped. Nice moist trails lately, but lots of fresh ruts to look out for.

I love riding schweddy crushed granite trails. i'ts like velcro hooks for railing the coners. Hawes is a primo example. HEY Dan!
