No excuses!carnage said:hmmm, bad weekend. Its an Alafia workday and they are opening up a new trail soon so im sure people will want to check it out. Also there is the space shuttle launch, if they ever do the launch the thing.
Is there a plan for fixing the DJs?? That "dirt" doesn't seem to respond well to water and shovels, it just sticks to everything.Joe Crash said:The Vortex loop and the DJs need the most love. A majority of the usual crew will be in Snowshoe this weekend so any help would be great!!
If you get there late the gate will be unlocked but closed (close back) and just head over to the DJ area to get the low down.
I won't wait up on ya. Happy birthday :thumbsup:dirty_girl said:If I don't celebrate my birthday on Friday with too much to drink, I might make it out there .

We'll drive in and leave our bikes inside the Vortex side. It's best to bring a lock to lock your bike to the rack. I'll have my Jeep there with a cable lock so if you want you can just throw your bike on my Jeep and I'll lock it up for you.Cyclopod said:Quick question, when we show up to the meet, are the bikes going to be looked after, do we take them along? How does this usually work?
I was going to be there at 8 am for the chainsaw class they're teaching at the Sheriff's station but that's just too early for me. I'm thinking of leaving around 9, which puts me there around 10ish or so. I'll probably volunteer a few hours and then go for a ride afterwards.Cyclopod said:Thanks Jim. I should be able to put in at least a couple of hours helping out. What time are you thinking of showing up? You mentioned 9 and 8:00 am.
