I live a few miles from there, and though I didn't ride today, I can say that we've gotten a lot of rain this weekend. The pines/singletrack will be prime condition, albeit some downed limbs etc, and some of the red stuff might have some puddles and grease. The Ross prarie end would probably be great too after this soaking. I'd say do it!
the trails were perfect riding on Saturday even with the light rain, but we got it pretty heavy all sat night as well as today(sunday). Like others said, all of the singletrack will be pretty much perfect riding but I would prob recommend staying out of the red stuff and John Brown will most likely be real slick too.
If your looking to Stick to the yellow/blues and get some miles in, than get out there and have a good time!
