We celebrate Xmas on the 25th here as well. To be honest our own 'Santa' who is Saint Basil arrives on the 31st December.

So maybe Santa gave the package to Basil for him to deliver it here on the proper date :D

That is what was in the box.

The old one broke under main pivot (seat-tube). It only took an e-mail to Greg and everything was fixed !!!

The question is .... how did Greg find Santa who gave the frame to St. Basil

DT is well connected I see !!:D

My faithful Spot was seriously wounded,

but it only took an e-mail to HQs and the arrived

in New Year's Eve

so, after some minor repairs here and there all spare parts were washed and lubed

and after gathering all parts,

my baby was resurected !!

Thank you again Dave and Greg - you are the best !!

I did not have many miles on them before the 'incident' but they have been fanstastic. Very fast and excellent grip on the loose. A bit better than the Fat Alberts (which were really good).

I tried the Big Betties (2.4) for a while but I did not quite like them. I felt that I bounced all over the place - perhaps on wider rims they would be better, I don't know.

As I clock more miles with them I' let you know.

Sweet, thanks. I have a Fat Albert up front right now and have yet to ride a tire that tops in in that fuction. I have a King Jim in the rear and it is pretty good too, but it definatelly is a compromise between rolling resistance and good traction.
