Has anyone successfully converted a Salsa 15x100mm front hub to a 15x110mm Boost hub? There are a lot of conversion kits out there, but I can't find and that specifically say they will work with Salsa hubs.

Call Salsa? Ask the LBS? I think those Salsas are branded Formula hubs. Don't know if they make a conversion end cap that can be swapped like a Hope, but it seems reasonable to think those end caps are out there.
When I look briefly though, I only see 142-150 end caps for the fat hub.
