Saddles?

I just got a specialzed demo 8 . Kick ass bike non the less but the seat is painful. I want to buy a new one, any recommendations?

If the SLR was in my budget.

THe Thinline seems fine, good price too.

ANy other suggestions?

Serious. It is a downhill bike.

P.S. I would just re-tilt it.

All the other saddles I have used are probably more than what you wish to spend.

LOL cuz the seat gets used as well. A re tilt might do it though

I prefer the WTB Rocket V. It seems to fit my ass anyway. Go to your local bike shop and have them demo a couple out. Just by sitting on one in the shop you can tell if it just as or more comfortable than others. Adjusting the tilt might do it too, on my enduro it came with a terrible saddle I leaned it back about eight degrees and it was tollerable enough to last the season.
