rusty 888 crown bolts?

i've seen this happen. get some stainless steel hardware or greese the threads (so your bolts don't rust in)...

i ride the 888 with lower crowns, but ya i have had the same problem. i haven't really done anything about it yet to be honest, it happened when the previous owner road it. im going to go to the hardware store and get some stainless steel replacements

yeah mine started to rust but i just left the bolts in some oil over night and havent had problem with it again

maybe ill try that tonight and if it doesnt work then ill just go stainless. you still havent sold ur cheetah yet man? just riding the stp for now or are u planning on gettin something else.

this guy i used to work with should be buying it but yeah im not entirely sure. he said he wants it but hes in the czech republic right now so its kinda hard to work out but yeah he said he wants it and that his buddy over here has the money to pay me for it sometime soon so yeah we'll see. im still mainly riding the STP ofcourse though, not a whole lot of dirt to ride round here anyways. i will be getting a new DH bike though defnilty, i just havent decided what though. im tossin around a few ideas and tryin to find out what kinda of deals on everything i can get so yeah we'll see. it pretty much comes down to how much money i can scroundge up and how much money i wanna try to keep my self from spending...this summer is gunna be a really expensive one even without bikes haha.

just keep a drop of oil on them
