Even if there was a lawsuit what difference would it make? Lots of people file idiotic lawsuits.
Now the results of a lawsuit after trial might be interesting, but not the simple act of filing...

Unfortunately, given the US legal system you are probably right. To that point, I'm posting a picture that you might find interesting. I took this pic in the Kenda booth at Eurobike this year. Doesn't seem to be a problem using sealant in your tires across the pond. I think we can agree that MBA did them no favors with the way it was written but then again ...

No need to turn to Google, my sister had an Explorer with Firestones.
