You/your LBS probably have to order from RS since it's not just the remote and endcap the whole Motion Control assembly needs to be replaced (so I don't think it'll be cheap).

I personally think it's a stupid design and they should've put the spring in the endcap rather than the dampener. Then it would've been a lot cheaper to change/fix.
