removed my wheels to install new tires...when i put the wheels back on (GT ID 5.4 .. quick release levers on front and rear) i noticed the disc brake rotors brush against the brake pads every 1/3 turn or so...both front and rear...not enough to cause the wheel to stop turning...but enough to hear that its happening. tried removing the wheels, resetting, and still get the brushing. am i just being too picky and should expect this or is there something else i can try to have the wheels spin without the rotors brushing the pads.

When you remove the wheels, and reinstall them, the QR lever is not being torqued exactly the same, and the wheel may not be sitting in the dropouts the same.

You can recenter the caliper, and that will solve the rubbing issue. Do a search, this topic has been covered a few times.
