Anyone have any experience using these on your MTB ?

The reviews that have been posted all seem to be very favorable.

For those that use them, can they be mixed and matched with other chain rings? For example, due to cost, just buy the middle ring. Normally the only ring I use anyway.

Just trying to weigh costs vs. benefits ... one q-ring basically equals a new three ring set from other manufacturers.

I just saw them today for the first time and it looks to me like the Cranks are not straight across and that the chainrings are normal. So instead of them being 180 degrees apart they are 170-190 depending on which side you measure from.
