Rotor compatibility

I currently have Avid BB7's on my bike with some KCNC rotors (new) as well as some Avids in a parts bin. I am currently looking at some Hayes Stroker Carbon brakes. I am curious if the rotors are compatible. For some reason I remember reading/hearing something about the rotors being thinker for Hayes and that an Avid rotor will not work with them. Anyone have any ideas?

Just trying to figure out if I will need to get another set of rotors again or not if I go with the Hayes brakes.
