Just got my roscoe 8. Love the bike!

But I’m having a issue with my dropper post.

It won’t lock up. And will sag down slowly when I sit on it.

Any ideas?

i might guess that the air spring leaks. Maybe the cable is over-tight and not closing the "valve"

But, one of the things you paid for is Trek service, so make it their problem.

Likely a cable issue, make sure the cable housing isn't pulled too tightly, and that the barrel adjuster is correctly adjusted.

Try loosening the cable tension on the lever. Some dropper post levers have a barrel adjuster to help you set it.

Like others have said, it could be just a little too tight.
