I just got a Romic 8in shock. It came with a 450lb spring. I weigh 160lbs so I may need a 300lb or 350lb spring. First does that sound right for my weight. Second where can I buy Romic Springs.

I have a red 450# if you can't find black. Call Romic. They are still servicing shocks and I ordered a spring from them. Side note.... They did a nice job on my shock and I got it back sooner than expected. I just got back from North Star and how plush it is!!!!!! Perma-grin for sure!!!!!

Spray paint works great. My buddy just did his.

Try automotive bumper paint, it's designed to flex without cracking.

excellent, thanks. SMT, I'm gonna have to pas on the spring, I just don't have that kind o money to spend on springs right now.

FYI, if you run into the same problem with contacting Romic that I did when trying to get a spring, 2 emails with no response and 2 voicemails with no response. A rockshox vivid spring has the same inside diameter and seemed to work fine for me, they are easier to find then romic springs for sure.

Suicide would be fun but it needs to be early or later in the day. I almost died on the trail a couple of weeks ago. Way toooooo HOT!!! Maybe next week sometime.
