Roco TST R - Lower bushing removal

I have a 2008 Giant Reign with a thru bolt for the lower shock mount.

My shock came with a bushing in the lower shock mount.

How do I get that bushing out of the lower shock mount?

Lower reducer removal - ugg...what a pain

Can someone help me with the removal of a coil shock eyelet reducer?

What tools are needed?
