Those are nice looking frames. Good luck with the build and keep usposted.
Great score, I've been looking for a RM Hammerscottishyard said:Just picked this up off Ebay for $180 shipped. Im planning on doing a rigid 1x9 build. It'll be my first 29er bike! This is going to be a budget build(as in, cheaply as possible). I may possibly be building my own wheels for this as well, any ideas would be greatly entertained.

I will have it in the mail early next week, and if you need a headset I have a Cane creek s8 and a few other parts that may work well...just let me know.

Started as rain yesterday morning then changed to snow about noon. We had about 4" @ 11pm. Woke this morning at 7 to about 18". It continued until about noon with over 2'. Needless to say, the frame will be here tomorrow.hansel12 said:Out for delivery at 7am and still not there, man you guys must have gotten "hammered" with snow!! Upstate we only got a couple inches.
Probably starting SS for budgetary reasons, although he may very well find out that he won't want to add a dérailleur!gregnash said:Looking like a good build... Should be nice once you put it together... Any particular reason that you are thinking SS now? Why not get two back wheels and make it so you can convert from SS to 1x9? And that is a nice deal on the WTB SpeedDisc!
