OR
2004 Gary Fisher Cake 1 DLX custom deep blue paint
Manitou Minute Two
Full XT with King Headset, Thomson Seatpost and Race Lite Disc Wheelset
The ETSX is heavier by about 2 pounds (with 2.1" tires. 4 pounds heavier with 2.4" tires), has adjustable travel up to 4.5", but lower-end components.
The Cake is lighter, has fixed 5" travel, and has a King headset and Thomson seatpost.
Any ideas or experiences with the bikes? Which is better for trail riding in the Northeast. I'm moving myself up the travel ladder from a 3" Fuel 95 to something with about 5". Also, since I am trading my Fuel for either one of these bikes, which is a better deal? Thanks.
