Based on very little info, I'll vote small. What is your crank bolt to saddle rail distance on your current bike?

Small has a 23.25" effective top tube and 17.75 seat tube center to top. Medium is 24" and 18.75".
Slightly slacker head angle than the medium (69.5 vs 70).
