I have a 2012 SID fork. The Hydrolic Tektro Auriga Comp brakes will not fit as the rotor is a 180. Do you put "spacers" in there for clearance? The new fork has two posts and I'm unclear how to do it right. Or do I buy a little rotor? My old factry fork mounted from the side. That hardware I have. I will clearly need some hardware to do this job but what?

Thoughts?

If your gonna run a 180mm rotor, you'll just need the correct post mount adapter. It's basically just a bracket that offsets the caliper the correct distance. It's a very common part and usually cost around 10-15 bucks, most shops keep these in stock. I've run avid and shimano brackets, they all work the same. Just make sure you get a postmount to postmount adapter in the correct size. I would advise against using spacers from a local hardware store. I'm sure you can make it work, but why even risk it.

If you need a link to the exact part let me know.
