The lockout knob on my RockShox Revelation Charger RC doesn't seem to do much at all. The fork is smooth as butter but it doesn't really lockout or change at all when you turn the compression dial to the right. Is this fork supposed to actually lock out? Or do I need to service it?

It does not have a lockout.

It has low speed compression adjustment on the right leg.

This adjustment is very, very subtle. You will not be able to notice any change from fully open to fully closed bouncing around in the carpark.

Use brake dive to test it. Lsc feels weird in a parking lot. Lsc should stop the fast initial dip and keep the fork up a little.

I kinda think the charger rc is supposed to lock though?

it's not supposed to lock. It still allows free bleed even in the most closed setting. I guess if you took it apart and clocked the lsc plate to fully close it off when in closed setting it would have a platform

Thanks everyone. I was worried the fork wasn’t functioning correctly.
