For the damper their isn't a lot you can do apart from changing the viscosity of the oil. If you are looking for more sensitivity your can create a vacuum in the lowers by keeping the fork compressed when screwing back the two bolts holding the lowers on (the vacuum will act as a second negative chamber). You can also use fox gold 20wt in the lowers instead of the stock Rockshox stuff.
