I was just thinking, it can't be purely coincidence that Rockshox submodels have the same numbers as Classic American V8 displacements.

289 - Smallblock Ford
302 - Smallblock Ford
318 - Smallblock Chrysler
327 - Smallblock Chevy
335 - ?
351 - Smallblock Ford
409 - AMC
426 - Hemi
454 - Bigblock Chevy

Anybody know the story on this?
