I have a 2010 Rock shox Dual Air 29er U-turn fork. If I run the tavel in any position other than minimum or maximum travel (knob must be fully clock or counter) I get a loose clunk from the U-Turn assembly. I have dissasembled both the other spring versions U-turn coil & standard Dual Air but have no experience w/ the Dual Air U-turn - what would casue this noise / play ? Thank you.

That's an endemic problem on many Air U-Turn forks. I don't know the cause, it doesn't affect performance at all but it's really annoying.

Push can fix it or just send it in for warranty as only cure seems to be a new U-Turn cartridge.

Going to have it replaced under warranty. Hope the new one lasts longer than a few weeks like the last one :(
