I was just browsing through some of the European bike mag sites and ran into this:

Is this our XC FSR? Or do they have more models available. They say it is a very good bike and got a very good rating. Just wondered what that was?!

looks to be circa 2002 or so.

yup. very similar to the stumpjumper fsr from the 00-02 years. used the same stays as the fsr lineup from 97-01. maybe some 02 models as well, i can't remember specifically.

bikepedia has good specs on older models.

Actually, the review of this german online bike mag says its an 07 ?!

i'd call shenanigans on that.

that's an old fsr design. 04 at the latest, even if they had leftover frames in other countries.

specialized german site lists no duallies under the rockhopper line for 07

You are right, i checked on that and even though it says 2007 model, the review was written in 2002. So they must have talked about an 02 model and not 07....
