I am having a very strange problem with a new XC32. As I ride along, it sags down to half it's travel. The air pressure is fine. The rebound control is working fine.

It's a 100mm fork but as I ride, it droops down to about 50mm. I pumped it up 20 pounds more but it is still doing it. Sometimes even when I get off, it only comes up to about 75% of travel. It is the SoloAir TK system.

How how much do you weigh and what is the recommended psi for your weight?
If all of the air pressure levels are correct for you and the fork isn't working properly I'd be inclined to warranty it.

Yes, it was a negative pressure problem. After much googling, I pumped it up to 160psi and went for a ride and jumped up and down on it. Back to normal travel, then let a very tiny bit of air at a time back out while continuing to ride.

If that didn't work, the other solution I found was let all the air out completely and then pump it back up slowly while cycling it up and down.
