Recommended air pressures are usually noted on the fork legs, otherwise they can be found in the manual (although people say RS recommendations are for relatively firm performance). The positive and negative air chambers do not need to be equal - they can be tweaked to rider preference. Basically the higher the neg in relation to pos, the more small bump compliance there is. More detail is outlined in the manual.
