Get the manual from Sram's website, and it steps you through the service process. I think there is a separate manual for the PURE damper, which you will need also.

For bleeding the PURE damper after putting new oil in, a "Mixmiser" syringe is perfect, and I bought mine at Walmart in the 2 stroke motor section (<$5).
