RM Tribal Decals: help fix my frame

This is my 'fix the Element' week. After a pretty nasty crash I've got a couple of things to fix, and among others is the seattube. The front derailleur has rotated and the part of the sticker for the tribal paintjob has come loose under the clearcoat. Of course the clear coat has come loose as well.

Anybody have an idea who I can contact to get a set of decals, and have my seattube repainted? Going through the local distributor is pretty pointless, I suspect, as it's not exactly a spare-part catalog item.
