Evening guys,

I just ordered some 38mm riser bars for my new Ripley. The current stock srtup came with 4 spacers. I now have them all under the stock Ibis stem. If these Deity bars ate still too low, does anyone know of a riser stem?

Thanks

Thanks guys. Currently i have a real short stem with no rise at all. The Renthal Apex is nice and it comes with a 10 deg rise. I dont want to go any longer, just tilt it up a little. There is no more room for spacers either. No more steerer tube left.
Im going to go check out the Defy.
Have a great day guys.

Thanks for the pic steel.
I've thinking about this as I cook my breakfast. It looks like my current dtem stack height is 42mm. If I find a stem that is say 40mm, that brings my steerer stem further thru, possible higher than the top of the stem. So then we need to put another spacer under to keep the steerer tube beneath the top of the stem? Where the heck am I going to find a 2mm spacer. Just a bit confused man.
Thanks for your help.

The Funn Equalizer stem is +/-10º. This photo shows it installed in -10º position but it can be flipped for +10º.

10º either way isn't much. I had the same problem as OP (new bike came with a short head tube / steerer) so I installed one of these Funn stems in the +10º orientation but still needed riser bars.
I tried 60mm risers -- even with this stem, it wasn't enough. So I found some 90mm risers -- after these, I actually had to move a stem spacer or two from under the stem to on top of it.
Anyway, you won't get nearly the lift from a short stem that you can from a proper riser bar.
