New Ripley owner about to get rid of my fox factory DPS. I have an in-line on the way and I am curious about other peoples settings and experience. I have a 2022 factory 34 upfront set at 1:40 and I’m really enjoying that fork. Interested in making the back of the bike ride a little “bigger”. I’m about 200 pounds geared up on an extra large. Mostly single track trails in the piedmont of North Carolina lots of roots not so many rocks occasional drops some man made features up to around 4 feet in height. Thanks for sharing!

I am working on tuning a DB AirIL right now. Having some issued getting the shock wiz to play nice, but I am riding it and it works well. I (slightly embarrassed) have 4 shocks and am trying to baseline all of them using shockwiz and then figure out the real differences in how the shocks ride.

I am also at about 200lbs on large.
psi 245
HSCLSCLSRHSR
+.25 turns 1 click +14 clicks +.5 turns

Hope that helps.

Observation so far. The CC requires the most air pressure of all the shocks. That said, it rides softer than the stock DPS. Feels controlled but not harsh. I like it. Looks like jewelry. Good value to as I got it unused but second hand via pink bike for $130.

I don't know if it's of any value, I have the airIL on a V1 ripley with the following settings

am maybe 170-175 lbs
pressure 185 psi
(all dial settings from fully closed, i can't remember how many clicks/turns there are in total for each, use to record it on the cane creek app but that doesn't work anymore)
LSC 8 clicks
HSC 3.25 turns
LSR 12 clicks
HSR 2.75 turns
tokens 2 (i think this means I have 2 small/single band ones)

Curious if anyone has either evaluated and/or has a Rockshox Super Deluxe Ultimate 190 x 45? The reason I ask is I have one on my Ripmo V1 (210x55) which I sent to Vorsprung to get upgraded. It is a vast improvement in all areas over the stock DPX2 and for my riding style, probably better than the X2 since it has pretty much been a set it and forget it. Be interesting to see how it would work on a Ripley since it would perform great in almost all situations I could imagine riding a trail bike. I have owned a Ripley LS in the past and ridden other versions and have always thought it a great bike, considering getting one as I am finding the Ripmo is perhaps a bit more bike than I need.
