My GF got a medium Ripley LS. The 125mm Fox Transfer does not go down far enough into the seat tube. Her leg is pretty much fully extended at the bottom of the pedal stroke with the post fully extended.

Is there a 125mm dropper that can fit just a bit further down in the limited length of the Ripley's seat tube? Maybe the 150mm OneUp and shim it to limit the travel?

Yes, OneUp would work, also the BikeYoke Revive comes in 125 and is significantly shorter than the Transfer. The BikeYoke is definitely a nicer post but it also much more expensive.

KS Lev is also shorter than the Fox by a fair bit. I could have probably used the 150mm KS on my v3 Ripley instead of the 125mm Fox in fact. PNW components may also have one that fits better and are somewhat more affordable.

I ended up going with a OneUp 150mm. Shimmed to around a 122-123mm drop. So I didn't end up losing that much to the 125mm Fox.

I can confirm. My medium LS has a 125 revive and has some room to spare.

125mm Revive on mine as well. I have a 30" inseam. I'd say I only have about an inch more insertion available at best. Don't think a 150 is possible unless you're a long legged medium. I had a 9Point8 before this, which is about the shortest post available, I don't think I could have fit a 150mm of that post either.
