Has anyone found a male right angle connector that works with a female panel mount connector?

I'd like to use a panel mount like this but I can't find a matching right angle plug.

That's what I was afraid of. I guess the search is on for ANY right angle connector locking or non-locking!!!

Try Hirschmann connectors on farnell or conrad if you are from europe.

They're stereo and not waterproof so not exactly ideal but jaycar sell reight angle 3.5mm plugs and "chasis mount" sockets

This cable should work perfect. You get TWO right angle locking connector for $7.56.

Now my only issue is picking between the 2.1mm and the 2.5mm ID connector. Is there any major difference between the two sizes?

Sorry mate, it was there to be said. Not sure about the electrical side of things but the larger the connector the more rigid / stable I have found them to be

Downside to these cheap connectors is they are not waterproof. You might be able to goop it up inside your housing with silicone or something to try waterproofing it. IMO not a good choice.

Emu, thanks for stating the OBVIOUS as well as the practical differences. The 2.5mm does seem to be studier.

Vancbiker, Those connectors are similar to the ones that I am currently using. Waterproof is not a requirement that I have right now since I do not ride if there is rain in the forecast.

I ordered one of the round cable sets along with one of the flat cable sets. I'll post some pics once they come in.
