I'll be hanging out in Pine Grove for a few days. My friend is coming with me and we'd like to get some mtbing in. I've been told there is nothing but fireroads in the area but my gut tells me there has got to be something else.
My friend is a newer rider so no crazy technical trails. She does fine on singletrack and can handle some mild technical stuff. She's fine walking what she isn't comfortable riding but doesn't want to walk repeatedly.
I think we'll also head up to Kirkwood and look around.
Any suggestions on where to ride in the area?
