Just curious if there is any cross country trails around Beckley WV.

I'm kinda slow so i'm not looking for something not super tech.

Pipestem State Park isn't too far from there. Isn't very technical by WV standards (at least not the race course).

Douthat State Park is probably aboutan hour down the road. Only been there once, but plan to head back to explore

biking around beckley

Mountain biking has slowed this time of year. Come spring several riders of all levels from Ride-N-Slide Sports meet through the week and weekends for rides. Most of these rides take place at Little Beaver State Park due to it being only a few miles from the store. However, Beckley has many other places near that are great off road riding. Give Ace White Water a try. Ace has numerous trails for different levels of ability. Fayetteville has many trails around the river. Ace should have trail maps for most of these trails.

Camp Creek State Park is just off I-77 in Mercer County. There are miles of
non technical trails there. The trails there are primarily old logging roads with
lots of climbing and descending.
