what spring rates should i get for shock and fork?

Use This for the rear spring. Front spring, you are on the light side of a medium spring so your fork should already be good. Just adjust spring preload for your weight regardless of the make or model.

Spring calculators are universal, basically you just need to figure out your suspension travel to shock travel ratio and pop it into the calculator.
