I've seen blurbs for On-One bikes and Wingnut Gear hydo packs, but there are no listings in the review page. How can I place a review if the company isn't even listed? And I know the company exists, not some figment of my imagination...like the white rabbit or a talking caterpiller.

Wrong forum for this

Post it in the "Site Issues" forum, or send a private message to Gregg or Francois. While I believe them to be open to suggestions on what products should be listed for reviews, I don't know that it's reasonable for anyone to expect them to list every product out there.
