Hi all,

Ive a stumpy FSR EVO expert im currently building. Id like to bring across my reverb from my other build to this frame.

Ive not taken the hose off the reverb as of yet but its thicker than standard hose and after doing a search around the net it seems the hose is too big for the opening on the stumpy frame. As anyone filed the opening on a carbon frame to fit the hose?

Is it the actually opening or inside the frame thats too narrow for the hose. Do i need to take alot off or very little?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

One of my buddies redid the hose on his Reverb with a Goodrich hose. The kit was around $50 and the smaller hose fit thru the opening on his SJ perfectly.

I've heard of people sanding the opening bigger and that works too, but I personally wouldnt want to do that to my frame!

Ah that would be ideal as I'm not real sure on opening the hole up to be honest. Do you have a link to the hose and barb your friend used as I'd rather do that than file the frame.

Thank you
